Virtual Mobility: Colleagues from the Kaunas University of Applied Sciences (Lithuania) Give Lectures to Future Pharmacist Assistants.
On 26.10, director of the Pharmacy study programme Artur Praškilēvics, Project Coordinator Irīna Rudenko and lecturers from Kaunas Monika Stančiauskaitė and Kristina Perminaitė had an online meeting during which each side presented their educational institutions, highlighting the field of pharmacy, and discussed student practice within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme.
Later, Kristina Perminaitė gave students a lecture Pharmaceutical care services in Lithuania: legislation, practices and challenges.
On 27.10, College students and lecturers had an opportunity to follow 2 online lectures: Plant material extraction, spectrophotometric methods for phenolic compounds and biological activity evaluation by Monika Stančiauskaitė and Ophthalmic pharmaceutical forms: preparation and quality control methods, challenges and traditional remedies combined with novel pharmaceutical technologies by Kristina Perminaitė.
At the end, the College representatives and lecturers from Lithuania discussed the results of virtual mobility and future cooperation in terms of the Erasmus+ programme.
