On 24 October Red Cross Medical College of Rīga Stradiņš University welcomed two lecturers and a group of students from Tallinna Tervishoiu Kõrgkool.
Guest lecturers spoke about the negative effects of alcohol and ways to reduce its overuse, as well as about emotional health and burnout syndrome. In the second part of the programme, 3rd-year nursing students from Tallinn Health Care College and Red Cross Medical College of RSU performed practical tasks related to stress level measurement and participated in a group discussion on burnout and stress management.
