The first day of the Muddie week started with an introduction in Red Cross Medical College of Rīga Stradiņš University. Nine multiprofessional groups were made. Lecturers presented digitalization trends. Associated partners such as TET, Health Centre 4, CastPrint, SEMS, Blue Bridge and Digibrand offered needs and throughout the Muddie week, students will be solving these needs by creating interactive solutions.
Following up the choice of topic, students were given Co-creation tool for customer understanding. By using Co-creation Tool each group had the opportunity to identify all factors that influence the service and identify involved stakeholders to develop the best digital solution.
We thank everyone for bringing their expertise and experience around the table and engaging in such fruitful, constructive and open exchanges throughout the first Muddie project day.
Specials thanks to the companies for their engagement and support.
