On February 17th, the online conference of the Association of Latvian Pharmacists "Achievements of pharmacy students in research and relevant information from state institutions for pharmacy specialists" took place, where young talents talked about their achievements in research, received information about achievements in other educational institutions and learned about current events in the pharmaceutical industry from representatives of state institutions.

3 graduates of RSU Red Cross Medical College, who have acquired the profession of pharmacist assistant, spoke at the conference. Pharmacist assistant Oksana Jeremejeva presented the work "Awareness of antibiotic users about the need to use probiotics". Aiva Eidiņa presented about the specifics of pharmaceutical care of the geriatric population, while Sabīne Pauga studied the use of internet media to inform patients about the possibilities of pharmaceutical care.
