Within the framework of the Erasmus+ project, teachers and students from Czech healthcare educational institution SZŠ a VOŠZ Mlada Boleslav participated in lectures and practical classes together with RSU Red Cross Medical college students and also visited several healthcare facilities in Latvia during their two week visit.

On Thursday, October 6, at the RSU Red Cross Medical College guests from the Czech Republic shared their impressions of their experience in Latvia. The students said that it was very interesting and valuable to learn about the details of medical education in Latvia and compare it with the way the education process and patient care is done in the Czech Republic.

At the end of their visit to Latvia, the students presented the basic skills they had learned about patient positioning and massage while studying together with RSU SKMK students. The teachers acknowledged that the students learned a lot in this short period of time, which they reflected in their demonstrations.
